Women's Issues in Triathlon Clinic:

When: Sunday, February 28th,
Where: Ithaca Youth Bureau (by Stewart Park)
Schedule:

• 2 pm: optional pre-clinic group fun run (~5k)
• 3 pm: clinic (panel discussion with questions and answers).

Details:

• Please bring a dish-to-pass of your favorite pre-, mid-, or post workout food or drink
• Free and open to the public
• 4 doctor panel of women professionals who are experienced triathletes

• Managing work and training
• Managing family life and training
• What to wear and not to wear
• Menses, how to manage on race day, to have or not to have?
• Dental care in endurance athletes
• Nutrition and hydration
• Bike saddles and women's specific bike design
• Vitamin D deficiency
